Hyderabad: A cloth merchant reported theft of Rs 59 lakh from his shop in Rikabgunj in Old City on Sunday.

Police said the merchant, Vinod Kumar, lodged a complaint stating that he had kept the money in the almirah on October 11. However, the money was found missing on Sunday.Vinod lodged a complaint with the Charminar police expressing doubts on the employees working in his shop. The Charminar police have registered a case and has launched an investigation
