The shooting of Rey, Sai Dharam Tej’s debut film, is expected to resume soon after Dusshera. YVS Chowdary is directing and producing the film. Subrah Aiyappa is the heroine. Couple of months ago, when the film was being shot near Las Vegas, Sai Dharam Tej suffered serious injuries, after a stunt went wrong. The doctors had advised him to take rest for at least a month and a half.

With that the shooting was stalled and the unit returned to India. Now, we hear that Sai Dharam Tej has completely recovered and YVS Chowdary is going to resume shooting first in Hyderabad. He told the media that he’ll be approaching the US Consulate for a visa and interestingly, it’s going to be the third time that the unit will be flying to the US. The film was earlier shot in US, Hyderabad and Malaysia.

The third US schedule is expected to begin from January and go on till March. Gunasekharan is the cinematographer and Chakri is composing the music. The film is being planned for a summer release.
