The movie ‘Vennela’, which earned cult comedy status among urban youth, firmly launched the career of director Deva Katta. It also shot Kishore into the limelight, so much so that he is now called Vennela Kishore.

The sequel to this laugh riot is now ready and the movie will hit the screens in December. Vennela Kishore is making his debut as a director with this movie. Vennela 1.5 is being produced by Vasu and Varma on GR 8 banner. The movie has recently completed a schedule abroad.

The Producers say that the audio launch of the movie will take place in November. The movie has six songs in all. Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu and Master Bharath are playing very important roles in the movie. Music for this movie is being scored by Sunil Kashyap.
