Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna and legendary director Bapu have teamed up to create the devotional magnum opus Sri Rama Rajyam. The movie has already completed its shoot and the audio was launched some time ago. Ilayaraja’s lilting tunes created a sensation in the market and the audio became an instant classic. As per our sources, the movie is on track for a November 10th release despite some rumours floating around.

The movie is riding high on expectations as there is a keen interest all around over this film.Among his generation, Balakrishna is adept at essaying mythological roles and director Bapu’s capabilities need no introduction. The role of Sita is being essayed by Nayanatara and Roja has portrayed the character of Bhoodevi. Srikanth will be seen as Lakshmana and Living Legend Akkineni Nageswara Rao garu will be seen in the role of Valmiki.

Sri Rama Rajyam deals with the Lava Kusa episode from the Ramayana. Yalamanchili Sai Baba is producing the movie on Sri Saibaba Movies banner. Jonnavittula has penned the lyrics for all the songs. Bapu’s friend and long term associate Mullapudi Venkataramana worked on the movie’s script before he passed away.
