Bollywood biggie Sanjay Dutt has bagged the remake rights of Manchu Vishnu’s comedy entertainer ‘Dhee’. The movie will be directed by Indra Kumar and Sanjay Dutt himself would produce it. This will be his next home production after ‘Rascals’.Most likely,Sanjay Dutt himself will play the role essayed by Sri Hari in Telugu

The movie will go into production early next year and the rest of the details will be finalized soon. A leading heroine is being approached to play Genelia’s character. The latest trend in Bollywood is to remake hit films from the south and almost all the major stars are adopting this formula. Salman Khan has been seeing career best collections through this approach. Akshay Kumar and now Sanjay Sutt have hitched onto the remake bandwagon.

Sanjay Dutt excels in comedy and ‘tapori’ roles so it should be fun watching this flick unfold in Hindi.
