Few days ago, we reported that Rajinikanth might do a cameo in Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming mega budget film, Ra.One. There were reports all over the media that the Superstar had given consent to film a sequence and that it would be shot in first week of October in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. However, Ra.One’s director Anubhav Sinha has clarified that he’s not sure if his team would be able to film the sequence with Rajinikanth. Apparently, Rajinikanth is still recovering from his illness and he has been advised few more days of rest before he can take part in film shootings. Although fans of Shahrukh Khan and Rajinikanth were quite excited to hear the news about his return in Ra.One, it looks like it might not happen. Rajinikanth’s next is Rana, which has Deepika Padukone in lead role and KS Ravikumar is directing the film. The film is expected to go on floors later this year once Rajinikanth is completely fit.
